Week 1 of the NFL season is coming up and we give our week 1 picks in the Quick & Dirty NFL Picks. I don't care about the excuses given and the deflection of the blame to the media from Floyd Mayweather Jr's comments and non-apology apology. LZ Granderson had it right in his recent column over on ESPN.COM. There are some who want to give Floyd a pass because of where he is from ("the mean streets of south GR"), also because of their affinity for him. I am going to be consistent, if it is wrong and you will go after Imus, et.al. You will have to go after those who look like you, or you look like someone on the dammed payroll. Please don't give me the we can do it but no one else better do it either.
